Advanced Therapies Think Tank Acceptable Use & Content Policy

The Advanced Therapies Think Tank (“AT3”, “we”, “us” or “our”) creates and publishes original content designed to support informed discussion, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the advanced therapies community. 

 

This Acceptable Use & Content Policy explains how content made available through the AT3 website, digital channels, events and associated platforms may—and may not—be used. 

 

Ownership of AT3 Content 

Unless otherwise stated, all content published or made available by AT3 is owned by, licensed to, or used with the permission of AT3 and/or its relevant contributors. 

 

This includes, but is not limited to: 

Videos, recordings and livestreams 

Webinar and event content 

Articles, reports and written commentary 

Transcripts, summaries and editorial content 

Graphics, illustrations, photographs and other visual assets 

Audio recordings and podcasts 

Presentation materials and downloadable resources 

Website copy, branding, logos and design elements 

Social media content and promotional materials 

Original formats, compilations and edited content 

 

All applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights are reserved. 

 

What You May Do 

You are welcome to: 

View and access publicly available AT3 content for your own personal, professional or educational use. 

Share links to AT3 content through social media, email or other communications. 

Quote brief extracts from publicly available AT3 content for legitimate commentary, discussion, journalism or academic purposes, provided that AT3 and, where relevant, the original speaker or contributor are clearly credited and a link to the original content is included. 

Share AT3 social media posts using the native sharing or reposting functionality provided by the relevant platform. 

 

What You May Not Do Without Permission 

Unless you have received prior written permission from AT3, you must not: 

Copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute or upload AT3 content, in whole or in substantial part, on another website, platform, publication, database or service. 

Download, record, screen-record, capture, extract or reproduce video, audio or other content for republication or redistribution. 

Edit, adapt, remix, translate or create derivative works from AT3 content for publication or commercial use. 

Remove, obscure or alter any copyright notices, credits, branding, watermarks or other ownership information. 

Present AT3 content as your own or imply that AT3, its faculty, hosts, guests, contributors or partners endorse a product, service, organisation or viewpoint without permission. 

Use AT3 content in advertising, marketing, promotional materials, commercial products or paid services without permission. 

Sell, license, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit AT3 content. 

Systematically scrape, crawl, harvest, extract or collect AT3 content or data using automated tools, bots or similar technologies, except where expressly permitted by us. 

Use AT3 content, including transcripts, recordings, written materials or other data, to train, develop, fine-tune, test or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models without prior written permission. 

Circumvent access controls, technical protections, paywalls, registration requirements or other measures used to protect or manage access to AT3 content. 

 

Speaker and Contributor Content 

AT3 brings together independent experts, faculty members, hosts, guests and contributors. Views expressed by individual participants are their own unless explicitly stated otherwise. 

 

Participation in an AT3 discussion, interview, event or other content format does not transfer ownership of AT3’s recording, production, editing, branding or publication rights to third parties. Speakers and contributors should contact AT3 if they wish to reuse AT3-produced recordings, clips or other published assets beyond normal link sharing or social media reposting. 

 

Requests to Reuse AT3 Content 

We welcome requests to reproduce, license, syndicate or otherwise reuse AT3 content.

How and where you intend to use it 

Whether the proposed use is commercial or non-commercial 

The intended audience and distribution 

 

Permission must be obtained in writing before the content is used. 

 

Third-Party Content 

Some content available through AT3 may include materials owned by third parties or produced in collaboration with partners, sponsors, speakers or other organisations.  

 

Separate rights and restrictions may apply to this content, and permission from the relevant rights holder may be required. 

 

Reporting Unauthorised Use 

If you believe AT3 content is being copied, republished, misrepresented or otherwise used without permission, please contact info@at3.chat with details of the suspected use. 

 

AT3 reserves the right to request the removal of unauthorised content and to take appropriate action to protect its intellectual property and the rights of its contributors and partners. 

 

Changes to This Policy 

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website and will apply from the date shown above.
